Kortni Sims

Growing up I was immersed in cross-cultural living. I traveled to 18 countries taking in their culture and living as a part of the community. Now I'm a chef at Life Pacific College and use my travel experiences to bring the places I've been to the dinner table. I am a strong believer that food transcends all borders and is a central element of our lives.
