Neither Washington D.C., Paris, nor London are ‘the world’. In light of the Culture Honey mission to underscore and celebrate the sweetness and abundance that Life offers, I invite you to review a thoughtful selection of photographs that reveal a world united.

The New York Times in its worldwide reach has contributed an impressive compilation of images that tell an unprecedented story, worth giving a moment of your time on which to reflect.

As Culture Honey gives voice and offers insight into global and cultural exploration, thinking, and experience, and aims to pursue a holistic view with a humanitarian heart and an eye toward justice, I selected a series of these photos that speak to the human desire to advance for the betterment and general well-being of humanity.

Take a moment  to reflect on this epoch of humanity and give a thought of appreciation to our freedoms of expression that serve well-being. Give a thought to appreciate the dedicated and sincere individuals in these photos as they gather in small groups, as well as groups heretofore unequalled in number, to contribute to an expression in common.

Add another moment to respect the works of the brilliant journalists and photographers who have contributed to the collaborative nature of this information. Acknowledge the unparalleled, worldwide, unified expression where representatives, in the name of women, from Antarctica, to Cape Town, to Norway, to Bangkok, took the interest and the time to speak to issues and practices relating to human rights and human dignity in general.

These photos speak clearly; they illuminate a world of average people united for equal rights – human rights.

A person implicitly, innately and imperatively has the right to be the best and most he or she can be as a human being. Are not the conditions contributing to a rich humanity those such as gender, nationality, religion, ethnicity, nationality, etc.? Human beings are a natural part of our universe. Indeed, “Free to Be You and Me”.

We no longer have room to allow divisiveness that impedes one group of our society so that another can make gain at its expense.

Planned Parenthood health centers focus on prevention: 80 percent of clients receive services to prevent unintended pregnancy. Planned Parenthood services help prevent approximately 579,000 unintended pregnancies in a single year.

Planned Parenthood provides more than 270,000 Pap tests and more than 360,000 breast exams in a single year, critical services in detecting cancer. Planned Parenthood provides more than 4.2 million tests and treatments for sexually transmitted infections, including more than 650,000 HIV tests. Three percent of all Planned Parenthood health services are abortion services.

Many husbands, fathers, brothers and friends marched to support equality and progress. Divisive gender roles do not serve holistic well-being.

Are we not as human beings fervently committed to collaborate within existing and to proceed beyond limiting boundaries, only thus to expand toward more inclusive perspectives and greater possibilities?

When has it not been so? Have we not as humanity continuously surpassed the physical limitations of time and space? Have we not overcome periods of natural threats in the forms of disasters and diseases? Have we not soared beyond the ugliness of inhumane societies and social conditions and proceeded in the direction toward more well–being?

Have not we proven to ourselves that we ALWAYS want more for our children?

If we only can appreciate Mr. Trump, whose actions elicited, even compelled, a worldwide opportunity to pay attention to world unity in this respect, we can say thank you! We will remain alert and active and committed each in our capacity. We will ‘Be’ the change we wish to see.
